Volkswagen Jetta 1998 in Tampa, FL

It needs a jump every so often, a new battery would probably fix the problem. I do have a warrantee on the battery and alternator. The front window doesn't roll down (electrical issue that can be fixed). Back passenger window is off track. The rear view mirror is detached but is in the car.
