ELS is offering a Manager in Training (MIT) Program to recent college graduates. Our successful program combines classroom-based training coupled with an on-site work/mentorship program that lasts approximately ninety days and prepares you for placement at your own property. Placement will depend on open availability at the time of graduation and successful completion of the training program. Candidates under consideration must be willing to relocate to a variety of locations nationwide. As a Property Manager you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the resort to include financial management, sales/leasing sites, marketing, and operations. The successful candidate will maintain property operations by attracting and serving residents and guests, while ensuring the physical property is maintained and the financial goals are met.
