This apartment is located close to the pool and clubhouse, with a lake view at Lodge at Lakecrest Luxury Apartments. It is a corner unit with no noise (great for studying), has a large kitchen, spacious terrace, and is completely furnished except for the bedroom. Full Size Washer and Dryer in Unit. Looking for a female USF student who is no older than 23. The community is gated and has a large clubhouse with a gym, movie theater, fire pit, and pool. It is located 2 minutes from Campus, Bullrunner is steps away. I also have a small Pomeranian. Dogs under 15 lbs are welcome. Covered parking or private garage is available for additional fee. Renter will need to furnish their own bedroom. Utility amount is approximate of $140, and includes TECO, Trash, and Cable.
